FAQ

What should I bring with me?

We advise our patients to arrive here with as little as possible. For your stay at Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital you will need to bring loose fitting clothes, here we will provide you a light bathrobe. If you are planning to visit some of the attractions around Delhi, you will also need suitable clothes for this. From November to February it is winter time in Delhi and evenings so we suggest bringing some heavier clothing if you're coming at this time.

Will I be able to do any sightseeing while receiving Ayurveda Rejuvenation Therapy?

Due to the delicate nature of the purification and detoxification experienced during Panchakarama, [Ayurevda Rejuvenation Therapy], it is recommended that patients stay within the beautiful grounds of the Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital residence, during the days of their treatments. The exception to this policy is when guests are in the Panchakarma preparation period, during the first days of their treatments. During this time, guests may enjoy leaving the grounds to take advantage of some sightseeing in Delhi and nearby places.
